These Terms govern use of the PhonePCTransfer website, software, licensing system, downloads, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, purchasing PhonePCTransfer, downloading the software, activating a license, or using related services, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Software License

PhonePCTransfer is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms, we grant the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software for its intended purpose.

License transfers, if supported, must be completed only through the official transfer process provided by PhonePCTransfer.

3. Purchases, Delivery, and Download Links

Purchases are delivered electronically. After successful payment, you may receive a license key, a download link, or both.

Download links may be time-limited and may expire automatically. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking for purchase and delivery messages.

We do not guarantee that a download link will remain active indefinitely.

4. License Activation and Transfer

PhonePCTransfer licenses may require activation and periodic verification.

A license may be associated with a device identifier for validation and transfer purposes.

If license transfer is supported, it must be completed only through the official transfer process provided by PhonePCTransfer. Transfer requests, verification steps, and transfer codes may be limited, denied, or expired for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not share, publish, sell, sublicense, or distribute license keys except through an official transfer process if one is provided.
You may not redistribute, resell, or make the software or download files available to third parties except as expressly permitted by PhonePCTransfer.
You may not bypass, disable, interfere with, or attempt to circumvent any activation, verification, transfer, download, or access control mechanisms.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the software except to the extent such restriction is not prohibited by applicable law.
You may not use the website or software for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, or interference with services or systems.

6. Refunds and Payment Terms

Purchases are completed when payment is successfully processed and the product, license key, download link, or related access information is issued or delivered.

Because PhonePCTransfer is a digital software product, refunds are generally not provided after digital delivery, license issuance, activation, or other completed access to the product, except where required by applicable law.

If you report that the software is not working properly on a supported setup, we may request reasonable troubleshooting information before deciding whether a refund, replacement, or support resolution is appropriate. This may include screenshots, logs, error messages, setup details, or similar information needed to verify the issue.

We may suspend, disable, or revoke licenses, downloads, or related access associated with chargebacks, reversed payments, suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, delivery, or listing errors and to cancel or refuse transactions affected by obvious errors, fraud, or misuse.

7. No Warranty / Service Availability

PhonePCTransfer, the website, the software, the licensing system, downloads, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the software or related services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, operating system, network, or environment.

We may change, suspend, limit, or remove features, functionality, delivery methods, or service components at any time. We aim to provide setup guidance and support for normal use of the software, but you remain responsible for your own device setup, network environment, backups, and safe use of the software.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhonePCTransfer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of data, loss of files, loss of profits, loss of revenue, business interruption, downtime, system failure, network issues, or losses arising from use of or inability to use the software, website, licensing system, downloads, or related services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to PhonePCTransfer will not exceed the amount paid by you for the product that gave rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Changes to the Software, Service, and Terms

We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or replace any part of PhonePCTransfer, the website, the licensing system, the delivery process, or related services at any time.

Features, availability, technical requirements, and compatibility may change over time.
